It takes the audience on a journey through togetherness, joy, and a deep sense of gratitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The piece is inspired by an interview with a 95-year-old woman and her unique wisdom about life and living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blending traditional performance with moments of shared experience, the piece invites the audience to reconnect with their inner child \u2013 to play, to seek joy, to allow themselves to be open and unguarded, and to experience a sense of togetherness and unity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cI think play means exploring, experimenting, being curious, looking, seeing, being in the body, being alive, not being afraid, free.<\/em>\u201d<br>\u2013 Dot Fisher-Smith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The performance gently blurs the line between performer and spectator. The audience is welcomed into a space of optional interaction and soft participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaleidoscope is not just a performance \u2013 it is the beginning of a lifelong artistic journey. Its mission is to follow the solo and the performer through time, documenting how both evolve and transform in parallel \u2013 ultimately journeying toward the age of 95.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This never fully finished work is a living creation, enriched by the passage of time and the process of aging, adding a magical layer to the project. The growing archive will serve as both a living memory and a space for reflection, allowing us to witness the unfolding transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a wonder \u2013 just like a kaleidoscope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">English text is used in the performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional information: The Kaleidoscope project invites you to bring an old cotton T-shirt \u2014 worn-out, torn, or just one you don\u2019t wear anymore \u2014 to the show. Your cotton T-shirt will be woven into the project\u2019s growing symbolic archive. Each piece adds a personal touch to the project\u2019s evolving story. As an artist and creator, she explores ways to bring dance and art closer to people by creating interactive and communal performances in alternative spaces.
